About Ninvo
Ninvo is a back-office service for e-commerce sellers operating across several marketplaces. It reads the invoices arriving from your suppliers and keeps your inventory table and records in order automatically. It flags unexplained price increases and duplicate billing, and identifies suppliers who are not registered as qualified invoice issuers — surfacing spending and risk that would otherwise go unnoticed.
Invoices received are retained for seven years with tamper-evidence under Japan's Electronic Bookkeeping Act, so the records stand up in a tax audit.
