Additional costs	Internet and communication charges required to use the service are borne by the customer. Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer. We charge nothing else.
Payment methods	Bank transfer. Credit card, PayPay and convenience-store payment are not yet available; we will announce them when they are.
Payment timing	We issue an invoice on the 1st of each month for that month, payable by the last day of the same month. No charges arise during the free trial. Billing begins in the month the customer moves to a paid plan.
Service delivery	The service becomes available once initial setup is complete — normally within 24 hours of application.
Contract term	A monthly recurring subscription with no fixed term and no expiry, renewing automatically each month until the customer cancels. There is no minimum term.
Cancellation and refunds	How to cancel: email support@ninvo.jp. There is no cancellation fee. When it takes effect: at the end of the month in which you contact us. Nothing is billed for any month after that. Free trial: cancelling during the trial costs nothing. Refunds: monthly fees for a month already served are not refundable, given the nature of the service. Your data after cancellation: your spreadsheet is yours and remains available to you. Our access is revoked at the same time.
System requirements	A Google account and an internet connection. Current versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge and Firefox are supported.
Special conditions	This is a service for businesses. Plans differ by the features and level of support included. There is no charge or limit based on the number of invoices processed.
